Rates
Rates valid until December 31, 2009. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of full breakfast, tax and service

Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation

Check in/out time
Check-in time  : 14:00 - Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is possible subject to availability

Terms of Payment

• All payments may be made in US Dollars or Indonesian Rupiah either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in USD or IDR bank notes at the villa. Other currencies may be considered but must be advised in advance. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy

• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a USD 100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
