Rates valid until March 31, 2008. All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of full breakfast and airport or hotel transfers

Check in/out time
Check-in time  : 14:00 - Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is possible subject to availability

Terms of Payment

• A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required within 14 days of receiving reservation confirmation form, with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
• For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US Dollars or Indonesian Rupiah either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in USD or IDR bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy

• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a USD 100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
