Villa Air Terjun is located at Kerta village between Payangan and Kintamani. Villa Air Terjun is around 30 minutes from Ubud, 60 minutes from Sanur, and 90 minutes from the airport.

Climate
Villa Air Terjun is at around 800m above sea level, and therefore enjoys a mild tropical climate throughout the year. Days are warm, while nights are cool. A sweater or jacket and long trousers are therefore advisable.

Local Fauna
The villa is situated in a rural area of Bali, and is designed to allow guests to be close to nature and spend much of their time outside.  This does mean you will encounter from time to time the local fauna, including a number of different birds, frogs and insects.  There are a few mosquitoes, but generally only at dusk.  You may also hear the ambient noise of rural Bali at night: cockerels, frogs, crickets and the occasional dog.

Young children and guests with reduced mobility
As Villa Air Terjun in built on a hillside, there are a number of stairs and steps in the villa grounds with no handrails.  These may prove difficult for young children and guests with reduced mobility, especially when wet. Please take care on the stairs! Parents of young children should also note that there are water channels, ponds, a swimming pool and a hot tub, none of which have protective fencing.

Water
Our bathroom are equipped with hot and cold water. However we strongly recommend guests not to drink water directly from the tap. Please ask our staff for mineral water whenever you need it.
